Litigation Sucks - Let's Make it Suck Less

Contrary to the views of those lawyers  who see litigation as an opportunity to mine a pot of gold or  to test obscure points of law and get into the Supreme Court as often as possible, for clients litigation.. kinda sucks.

It's often expensive, generally stressful, is time consuming and inherently risky.. and is sometimes necessary.

When it is necessary, we aim to:

• remove or limit the worst excesses of cost
• work in tandem with you and technology to ease the burden of work
• bring our experience to bear to limit the risk
• work in ways that try to understand where the stress comes in

Whilst we cannot remove all the risk and take all the burden of stress off your shoulders, through experience we can work in ways that deal with the worst parts and our experience in alternative dispute resolution helps us to explore other ways of solving matters.
