Insofar as any complaint is raised in relation to the conduct or delivery of any mediation services, Wood IP Limited complies with the requirements of the Civil Mediation Council.
1. All complaints in relation to mediation services should be made to aaron@wood-ip.com. These will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days of receipt
2. All complaints will be investigated and responded to within 21 working days of receipt. On occasions further time may be required to investigate any complaints or to obtain further information from you, in which case you will be notified of this in writing and an amended timescale will be set out to you.
3. If a response from us is not accepted then it may be possible for you to appeal to the CMC on certain grounds (the current guidance on the kinds of complaints that can be brought is Complaint-Guidance.pdf ).
